these idiots that are saying you got free food are wrong. Debit purchases by some companies don't show up immediately. Some purchases take a few days to show up on your statement. If it doesn't show up within a week, i'd say that yea maybe they screwed up and you got free food.

the charge might show up in a couple days; or perhaps their credit card machine went down in fortunate timing for you and you got free food!
