So why does dominos have online pizza ordering if they don't check their email?

Ok so I placed an online order and waited the 30 minutes I then called and they were like oh we didn't check our email most people just call them in.So why does dominos have online pizza ordering if they don't check their email?
They have either have stupid or untrained employees working at this location. Who knows.

they're supposed to check and send you back a confirmation. U should have asked to speak to the manager and complained.

Lol the manager is probably just really lonely because no one ever writes him, so he has people email him their orders, and then he just pretends like they are love letters from Catherine Zeta Jones.

Because idiots work at pizza places. I would call and talk to the manager and email the customer service on the website. You should get some free pizzas!
That happened to me once too, like whats the point of having an online site where you can order your pizza if they don't check their emails. I hope you got your pizza for free.
you know what i agree i have try it out just to see if it worked called like 10 min later and they didn't even know so i still had to order over the phone any way really bad advertisement would been a great idea but until it really works i wont be ordering on line again
well i am sorry do hear that. i have ordered pizza online from there site and every time i have they have called me to double check the order. i dont know if you got a new person working there or they just dont care. maybe try a different location
They probably are not educated enough to operate the e-mail.
had the Dominoes BFD thing a couple days ago, I placed the order, they called me and said they no longer have philly steak, and it was at my house in 19 min. cause I counted.

They must be really lazy. I know that most companies have to sign up for the online order options, so I imagine this would be true for a franchise. The website would tell you if they did not take online orders for a location. A better way for them would have the order automatically come up in the list of placed orders. Most other places have that.

And one other problem. I have filled in all the info, get to the very last item, and the darn thing will not go through. I have reported it, but so far I don't think it has helped.



Lately we are getting soggy crust. We are going to change over to another company for awhile.
they dont have an email wen u place ur order it comes onto their computer then they make ur food n bring it 2 u !!!!!!!!!! duhh!!
I'd call or e-mail the corporate office and let them know. That needs to be corrected.
Well I would complain to the manager because they shouldn't assume that they aren't getting them online.

I do not know thats sum bs but the one near me does pay attetion to there online orders i think you just were dealing with some dumb people
