Does Dominos require a $12.50 minimum purchase for online delivery orders?

I just ordered food from Dominos online for delivery. When the delivery guy came, he mentioned to me that I had to make a minimum $12.50 purchase before sales tax for online delivery orders. He gave me my food but he noted that to me before he left.



My question is, do they require a $12.50 minimum purchase? When I ordered online, I was never prompted for this. If they don't, can individual Domino restaurants require this?Does Dominos require a $12.50 minimum purchase for online delivery orders?
