Dominos-cold pizzas& CHARGED TWICE?

i ordered pizzas from dominos which took nearly an hour to arrive which was annoying but not long enough to be able to moan, but then the delivery guy asked for the money and i told him id paid on line. he then used MY phone to phone the store and was on the phone for ages before telling me id phoned the wrong store and had to get the number from the menu id used. i said i ordered online and id dialled the number from the confirmation email. he eventually left saying it must be a mistake and by that point my pizzas were pretty cold but i said nothing because i was starving and didnt want to wait even longer. but then 5-10 minutes later they phoned me saying my payment hadnt gone through and that i could either pay by card over the phone or they could come and collect the cash, so i paid by card so i could then check my bank later and today i checked and i definitely paid twice.

how do i go about complaining and getting my money back? can i complain about the fact i had cold pizza and there was a whole lot of hassle or will it just be they pay back the 2nd payment and thats it?Dominos-cold pizzas%26amp; CHARGED TWICE?

You have to call your bank and put a stop. Then call the place and complain. You should've complained right then and there. They would of given you a new pizza.
Contact the better business bureau to file a complaint. They work for a solution between both partiesDominos-cold pizzas%26amp; CHARGED TWICE?
Contact the domino store that delivered you the pizza, tell them what had happen and that you want to be reimbursed for the 2nd payment you made.

Be prepared to provide them with evidence that you paid twice. As they want to be sure your telling the truth.

If they refused to refund/reimburse you the 2nd charge, make a formal complaint to domino's head office, they will definitely refund you the money as they don't want to lose a customer.

With the cold pizza, sometimes you have to understand that pizza do go cold especially if you ordered it on a Friday night during dinnertime.
The best way to go about this is printing out your online bank statement and going TO the store. This happened to me at TJ Maxx a few months ago and after talking on the phone for an hour they decided they needed to see my bank statement and purchase in person. Obviously you don't have your purchase (the pizza) but you can take them the confirmation email and bank statement and demand your money back. Speak directly with the manager, and don't leave until you've been credited!
