Why does it say 0$ on my visa?

OK.

My brother's visa card reveals 0$.

He added $70.00 01/01/2011

He ordered something at paypal, and they took a $1.00 off, along with -$32.79 the total bill.

BUT - It shows paypal adding the $1.00 back. (????)

He then ordered from Domino's Pizza, and the bill came to -$19.15

Mind you, this is all the same day. The Domino's Pizza delivery driver made us walk up to the corner store 7-11. Just to pick up out pizza because the driver said the address didn't exist.

So we walked up got the pizza and went back home. Called to speak with the manager and they offered to give a free large pizza. And they did. They sent it to same day. This time the driver made it to our house with no trouble at all. It's very suspicious. We ordered from them before. It was an hour late the first delivery, but this time it was sooner. The next day 01/02/2011

We found out by both online and through the phone that -$6.16 was taken from the account from Domino's Pizza. There was no order placed by him. He tried to make an order and it's saying his balance is $0. What is this? He should have $18.06. It has been over an hour and the balance remains $0. I do not understand what is going on. Please if someone could help me I would appreciate it. I feel there is no proof. Why does it say 0$ on my visa?
This kind of an issue really needs to be fixed by the bank. Sorry. Why does it say 0$ on my visa?
1/1/2011 %26amp; 1/2/2011 are bank holidays. None of the transactions are posted (they're just pending) until the end of the business day on 1/3/2011. So, on 1/4/2011, you'll see your transactions and balances.
