Should i quit this job??

well, i am twenty years old, i'm a single guy, i live at my mom's and have only half a credit left to graduate high school, so i am doing it online at home.

the other day i got into a fight with my stepdad(that sucked, like hell.) and so my mom says i should get out and get a job so that i'm not cooped up inside all day. now, i am an american. i speak only english, and my stepdad is illegal, so i have the upper hand. i now work with a friend doing landscaping. i get paid 10$ an hour, same as if i was working at some nowhere job like jack in the box or dominos, only better because my boss and i are friends, unlike if i was working somewhere else. the only thing is its kinda hard.

now, should i continue doing this job, or quit and look online for ANOTHER job that might only pay me minimum wage??

oh! additional details: the hours vary. sometimes we work three hours a day, start early and finish early, done. sometimes maybe four a day. never like 6 or 7 hours a day, my boss is a little ***** sometimes so he can't hang. if i were to look elsewhere my boss would be more pushy AND ill have to work longer.

remember, this is only temporary. this is only my day job so i can get my own place, publish my books, maybe take a few college courses who knows... so what do you think?????????Should i quit this job??
dude so many people would kill for a 10 dollar an hour job, plus your getting a good work out while on the job. if you have to look for a new job, do it while still employed, its a rough market out there brotha.Should i quit this job??
Here's another suggestion!

Finish your requirements to graduate and join the Military.

With the benefits, training and pay, you'll make a heck of a lot more than your current plan!Should i quit this job??
Well, before you lose that one if it really sucks, you should just start looking around and possibly applying to places you think you may enjoy better. Then if you get on to one of those jobs, then you can quit the job you have now. But don't quit it till your set for sure on another one. After all, on applications it says Current or previous job. So you can still work as you apply, maybe don't mention it though. Who knows, maybe you might get more hours and/or get used to your work that you have now in that time. Whatever you decide to do, I really hope it works out! Best of Luck!
