My friend who used to work there, says that they only confirm it back to you if its a massive order (just in case people are trying to trick that place), and otherwise it should have been sent through if all the details were put through correctly. The tracker window should have automatically opened when you placed the order on the computer. The tracker isn't very accurate at all. I've had that stupid thing tell me the driver left with my pizza and it took him 45 mins to get to my home 5 minutes away. It's a gimmick, so do believe it at all. It's never been accurate.
