I Would tip 5% up to $2. No tip if delivery is after what was told on the phone.
I work in a Pizza bar, but only a pickup service. Alot of people give tips, it is mainly the change from the order, ranging from 10c to $2. Never go over the top if you believe the service and delivery and pizzas from the last time ordered were not up to scratch
