Why am i being blocked from playing both canasta and dominoes?

when i try to play these games a hand with a star iilluminates and i cannot get online to play please help me ,i suffer from parkinson ,and im only a learner on the computer,need it to keep me saine, both boared AND CARD GAMES.Why am i being blocked from playing both canasta and dominoes?
try doing this,its easyer then it sounds,just follow the steps listed in order.



If you can鈥檛 get lounge page to open do this! Click on My PC ,disk drive C, open windows folder,next open Downloaded programs file. click game you want to play to high lite it.delete it.Now go back to game,it will prompt you to download a demo,do so and page will open! Your old download is stale since yahoo's new up grades.Why am i being blocked from playing both canasta and dominoes?
Perhaps you have been banned from the game. They might have banned your IP address. If you cheated or used foul language in the chat room part of the game (if the one you use has those features), then you have most likely been banned.Why am i being blocked from playing both canasta and dominoes?
