There's a terrific Twilight Zone written in 1957 where a bad man dies. Oddly,he ends up in a fancy palace and every game he plays %26amp; everything he tries he wins. Cards, roulette, the horses, girls, you name it, he always wins. Pretty soon, though he gets tired of winning. He's tried everything and it's win, win, win! all the time! He tells the angel, "ya know, I don't like it here so much. Winning all the time is boring. How about you send me to the other place where I can lose, cuz heaven sucks." The angel gets a nasty grin on his face and says, "Ha HA! This IS the other place!"

The point is, without losing you can't appreciate the fun of winning. Now, getting tense while playing, that's normal. Everyone focuses on the game and gets into it, but you seem to really go overboard. This is what compulsive gamblers feel - that they just gotta win, and they'll play over and over (almost always losing their homes, their cars %26amp; their families in the process) to get that 'high' feeling from the occasional win.

For them the only way to beat the game is NOT to play at all.,

Now, regarding your tantrums, if you're a sore loser the rest of the people won't play with you. When you're an adult this can get you uninvited to just about everywhere including Vegas or Atlantic City where the bouncers make sure guys like you don't spoil things for everyone else. So unless you want to end up playing only computer games forever alone, I'd think of learning to be a good sport.

You need to remember that games are just that: games. They're fun BECAUSE you can lose, not because you might win all the time. Like the man in the story found out, winning all the time is sheer hell.Admiting defeat need help!?
Just expect to loose everytime you play, that way you wont be disappointed. If you get really angry than you may want to seek counseling.Admiting defeat need help!?
How complex of an answer would you like?

Your nervous system is over-stimulated. Can be caused by chemical intolerance syndrome. Anger is an expression of apprehension, which is an allergic reaction. Check you heart rhythms. Does your heart ever race, pound, or palpitate when you are at rest like in the morning? If so, it's an allergic reaction. Anger plus acute apprehension is anaphylaxis and hence an allergy. Some people are acutely sensitive to chemicals, which can change brain chemistry and personalities. Wash all of your bedding including your pillow in Tide-free right away so you aren't inhaling chemicals in your sheets or touching chemicals all night long. Start washing your clothes in it too. Any lampshades in the room should be removed. They are chemically treated. Wash drapes. All of these things can over-stimulate neurons that regulate mood, thoughts etc. Always wash twice all new textiles, like clothes. Don't walk barefoot on the carpet. What does this have to do with felling grumpy elsewhere? Neurons can take hour even days to settle down. The more chemically safe your sleeping quarters, the more calm your neurons will be when you go someplace else. But the work must be done at home. Ask your mom to buy only Palmolive original dish detergents. It's easy on the nervous system. All other dish detergents were making my family members grumpy. It was the detergent. All of us were very sensitive to harsh soap, even in other rooms. We were that sensitive to the fumes.

Stop drinking non-organic milk. Non-organic milk can do some really bad stuff to the brain in some people. It made me miserable. Stop eating non-organic food, especially processed foods, because so many contain milk derivatives. Also processed foods contain neuron stimulants that enhance the affects of pesticides on the brain. Begin a whole food organic diet right away with whole organic milk only. If you can't have it, at least eat whole foods and avoid non-organic milk and processed foods. Besides insect and week killers, milk contains bovine hormones that can cause unwanted reactions in some people. Use only Aleve non-gelcaps (doesn't contain non-organic drug filler food additives. Chemicals in food are too harsh for some people and over-stimulate weak regulating neurons, some of which regulate brain chemicals. Here's a whole food diet to follow. Good luck. Do get the chemicals out of your diet. Not everyone can take them. The results for my family were dramatic. For more info on avoiding chemicals go to the web site below.

Whole food organic diet

Fresh fruit and vegetables. Whole milk only. Eggs. Butter (salted only). Orange juice (no calcium citrate or lactate). Spring water for drinking / cooking / diluting whole milk - if desired. Popcorn (unflavored). Unbleached wheat flour (occasionally). Olive oil (for salad dressing with salt). Pickling salt (or salt with no additives). Agave nectar sweetener (like pancake syrup). Organic meat or ocean caught fish.
