Ok i am quite good with computers but what it is i would like to build a proper site for example like Domino's .

You need a FormMail script. You just insert your e-mail address and the name of the Order Form File that you will design to accept details of your customer's order, and you will receive an e-mail for each order placed. You can tell the order form to branch to PayPal (you will need to open a PayPal account but it is easy enough) and PayPal will swap control back to you. That way, your customer orders a Pizza, pays PayPal for it, and then receives an automatic acknowledment from you. The script is free. I have used it on several websites with complete confidence. You could add a form if your website hosting company supports PHP, most company does. And monitor your email via store. :) Good luck!
Honestly, it's not cheap. Unless you develop your own inhouse shopping cart, you'll have to go to an external vendor to licence their shopping cart systems otherwise nobody will trust you with their credit card numbers. Don't forget, if someone rips the credit card numbers from your server, you're liable! I have a small business near me that has an online ordering system.
